風致地区 / a nature preservation area

先日購入した9坪の土地ですが、風致地区であることが判明しました。道路から2ｍ後退して家を建てなければいけない等、いろいろルールがあるようです。場合によっては家が建てられないかも？狭小土地には緩和措置があるようなので、役所で聞いてみます。

ほぼ衝動買いで、玉川上水沿いのたった9坪の土地を買ってしまいました。価格はひみつです。セルフビルドで小さな小屋を建てようと思っています。
